Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least one month before the event (by Sunday, September 14th, 2 PM ET) are eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.
As a result, Regular Tickets & Last-Minute Tickets purchased on or after September 14th are non-refundable.

Ticket Transfer Policy

Ticket transfers are allowed.
To request a transfer, please email [email protected] with the relevant details.
All transfer requests must be processed exclusively through this email account.

Consent to Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

① Persons receiving personal information: Select UKF Sponsors

② Purpose of use of personal data by the person receiving personal information: New product introduction, Service provision and use, Event information

③ Items of personal data to be provided: Company name, Position, Name, email, Phone number

④ Period of retention and use of personal information by the person receiving personal information: 1 year after the provision You can refuse consent, and if you do not agree, the introduction of new products, provision and use of services, and event information are restricted.
